Educational Beliefs
I believe that my classroom is created around respect. I give respect to the students who are in my class and ask for the respect to be returned. I ask that students give their best effort, but I also want to maintain a fun and nurturing classroom. I expect to share the job of teaching with students in my classroom as they work with their classmates to discuss ideas and create examples.
Educational Background
I received my Bachelors of Art in ceramics in 1997.
I received my Masters of the Art of teaching from Chapman University in Orange Ca in 2006. I received my full teaching credential from the State of California in 2008. |
Teaching Experience
My first two years were spent teaching in the Norco-Corona School District in southern California at Jefferson Elementary.
When my wife and I moved back to Texas I started out at Remington Point in 2009 then helped open Willlow Creek in 2010. I have been teaching at WC since. I have been a generalist teaching all subjects as well as being teamed and only teaching a couple of the third grade subjects. |
